I'm Kathy Meckes Executive Director for the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Welcome to our website.
Since 1928 ABVI has been creating Pathways To Independence for Lehigh County Pennsylvania residents.
In 2005 we added Carbon County to our sevice delivery area. Our mission of preventing blindness wherever possible and helping individuals live successfully with significant vision loss touches over 4000 people annually.
